100% pure and natural, cold pressed – a rich source of omega 3 essential fatty acids (60% Omega 3, 17% Omega 6).
Dose rates are 1 teaspoon per 5 kg bodyweight, 1 tablespoon per 20 kg bodyweight, given once daily and mixed into the food. Dose can be lowered by half if your dog is on a raw food diet. For pets with a history of itchy skin, it is recommended to stay at the higher dose.
Other specific indications for flax seed oil include allergic dermatitis, flea allergy dermatitis, dry flaky skin and coat, bad body odour, arthritis, renal failure, bowel disease and some cancers.
It will produce an exceptional natural shine in the coat and control the “doggy odour” without needing regular shampoos.
