How to Order

All payments are due up front - goods will be sent out on receipt of payment.

You can pay by a number of methods, listed below in order of preference:

Direct deposit in to my bank account:

If you do Internet banking and wish to pay by direct deposit please contact me, using the details above, as you will need further details.

Credit Card:

Mastercard and Visa are accepted. Please do not e-mail your credit card details as it is not safe to do so. You should ring your number through to me on 02 66447019.

Send me a cheque or money order: Make payable to Callicoma Pet Supplies and send to 1898 Summerland Way, Grafton, NSW, 2460.

Online using PayPal:

You can use your credit card or bank account to pay online straight in to my PayPal account. You do not even need a PayPal account. Let me know if you wish to pay with PayPal and I will send you an e-mailed invoice which will contain a link that takes you to a secure server payment page for that invoice.

Deliveries are made with Australia Post, or with a courier, whichever works out cheapest.

Orders will usually be sent the next day after I receive payment. If there is any reason why the order can not be sent straight away I will contact you.

Returns policy

If you order something and it turns out to be broken or faulty please contact me immediately. You can return it for exchange or a refund if it is returned within 14 days of invoice date.

If you order something and it turns out to be not exactly what you wanted please contact me immediately. You can return it for exchange or a refund if it is returned within 14 days of invoice date (in original packaging and in a condition that it can be resold). I understand that buying things mail order is often hard.

If I have made something for you (collar, lead, harness etc) and it is too small or too big, I am happy to adjust it to ensure it fits your dog perfectly.

I do pride myself on being able to make things for people to their design, eg I often custom make different leads or collars for people. If I have custom made something especially for you, then it is not something I normally stock and could not be resold to someone else. Custom orders are therefore not able to be returned for a refund or exchange. I will still adjust them to fit your dog if needed.

I also sometimes order things in especially for people. Many times a week I am asked whether I can get different products that are not advertised on my site. The answer is usually yes, as I buy from many different wholesalers. If I order something in especially for you, then it will not be able to be return if you are not happy with it (unless it is broken or faulty).

All postage costs (whether original sales, return of items, or reposting of exchanged items) is at customer's expense.
